Cats

• $200 Refundable Deposit + $200 Non Refundable Fee
• Indoor cats only please

Dogs

• $300 Refundable Deposit + $300 Non Refundable Fee
• $25 fee per month as "pet rent", per pet
• Up to 50 pounds, requires pet interview
• Breed restictions apply

Other

• Fish? No problem!
• Birds - Must be caged (Limit of two) $100 Refundable Deposit + $100 Non Refundable Fee per cage.
• Other Caged Animals, please inquire. Deposits and fees may apply
•  No ferrets please!
