• All deposits and fees due at move in
• City Law requires your cat and/or dog to be licensed!  Follow this link to the City of Tacoma`s website for easy registration.

Cats

• $200 Refundable Deposit + $200 Non Refundable Fee
• Indoor cats only please

Dogs

• $300 Refundable Deposit + $300 Non Refundable Fee
• $25 fee per month as "pet rent", per pet
• Up to 40 pounds, requires pet interview
• Breed restictions apply

Other

• Fish? No problem!
• Birds - Must be caged. Maximum of two. $150 Refundable Deposit per cage.
• Other Caged Animals, please inquire. Deposits and fees may apply
• No ferrets please!
